Shipping Destinations

We offer delivery to all countries within the European Union. At this time, we do not ship outside of the EU.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak seasons or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

We ship with trusted courier partners such as DHL.

Tracking

All shipments include a tracking number. You will receive this information via email once your order has been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge additional reshipping fees.

Customs & Duties

There are no customs fees for EU orders. For countries outside the EU, we currently do not offer shipping.
